By ordering from Tirhut Food, operating under the trade name TIRHUT FOOD AND HOSPITALITY, this refund policy applies.
1. Eligibility
- Refunds are considered for incorrect, damaged, or missing orders.
- Customers must notify Tirhut within 30 minutes of delivery for refund requests.
2. Process
- Provide order ID, contact details, and photographic evidence (if applicable) via WhatsApp (+91 9810252303) or email.
- Tirhut will investigate and notify customers regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.
3. Approved Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-refundable Circumstances
- No refunds for taste preferences, minor delays, or canceled orders after preparation.
- Orders placed with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer are not eligible.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at Tirhut's discretion for incomplete orders.
