• Orders are accepted for delivery only within serviceable areas of New Delhi.
• Delivery is typically within 30-45 minutes of order confirmation.
• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of necessary taxes.
• Free delivery for orders above ₹299.
• Payments must be made online at the time of booking; accepted methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and other options listed on the website.

4. Menu & Ingredients

• All dishes are prepared with traditional methods and fresh, handpicked ingredients.
• Menu items may be subject to availability.

5. Allergens and Dietary Concerns

• Our dishes may contain common allergens such as wheat, nuts, dairy, and mustard oil.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Accurate delivery address and contact details must be provided; Tirhut is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement by contacting customer service on WhatsApp or phone.
• Orders already prepared or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
